Entertainment for everyone, guaranteed to find you laughing & connecting as a family.

Under 3s come for free - there will be a play area set up nearby so that toddlers can be as involved as they wish. Please let us know if an under 3 is coming along.

The itinerary...

• 1 hour Family Yoga Session

Mom's, Dad's, friends & children - partner, team & group up - explore, play & definitely laugh!

We will work together to achieve different yogic postures, combining our strength, balance and flexibility. Support one another throughout the poses to enhance your postures, build trust, connection and communication. 

There will also be a section solely for the children in which they will group together as one and experience the joy of yoga, unity and playfulness.

• Refreshments and cake

A well-earned break following lots of movement and laughter - enjoy a drink and cake in the beautiful surroundings of Radnor Hills.

• Meet the Goats!

See the children full of delight meeting and playing with the characterful goats (and hopefully their babies!) of Pentre Farm!
