The whole body is allowed to relax deeply. Slow down & open the body with passive, long-held stretches.

Yoga
Gentle & slow-paced class. Excellent for relieving stress & tension from the body, a very mindful & meditative practice.
Alternating between Hatha & Restorative Yoga.
